U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports at the following locations by appointment only:

• Statesville Location - 211 Constitution Ln Statesville, NC 28677 
• Mooresville Location - 610 E. Center Ave, Ste #101, Mooresville, NC 28115 

All questions regarding passport requirements or documentation must be answered by the National Passport Information Center,  or visit  Travel.State.gov
