Purpose
The Troutman Board of Adjustment is responsible for appeals, variances, Special Use permits, and ordinance interpretation. The Board further serves as the Watershed Review Board and rules on all such petitions.

Note: Region F includes the 9 member counties of the Centralina Council of Governments. The counties are Anson, Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Rowan, Stanly, and Union.
